Whenever it is within our control and feasible, Scrap2Home is committed to doing business with vendors who provide the following to its employees:

• Living wage providing enough income for safe housing, nutritious food, good childcare, and medical insurance

• Over-time compensation

• Designated vacation time

• Paid sick leave

We will endeavor to verify these policies if at all possible. Doing business with companies who treat their employees with respect aligns with the Scrap2Home values.
